- Can I try Helpawy for free?
- Yes. Every workspace starts with a free trial, and its length is shown when you sign up. After the trial, a paid plan keeps your agents answering.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Your agents stop starting new conversations until you subscribe, and everything you’ve built stays where it is.
- When am I charged?
- Only after you choose a plan and confirm on the checkout page. Choosing a paid plan during your trial ends the trial and starts the plan right away.
- What counts as a conversation?
- One visitor talking to one of your agents. A conversation ends after 30 minutes without a message, or when the visitor closes their browser.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans are paid for the year up front. Usage limits reset every month on both, and unused usage doesn’t roll over.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for partial periods except where the law requires.
- Do prices include tax?
- No. Prices exclude tax; any tax that applies is added at checkout.
