Each class with its time and number of places. Or tell Helpawy: “Add beginners’ yoga, Saturdays 9:30, 12 places.”

Reminders go out
A confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a link to cancel so the place frees up.
Personal training too.
One-to-one sessions are appointments: clients pick a free time with a trainer. Up to ten trainers’ calendars on Pro, with “Anyone available” for clients who don’t mind who.
What it doesn’t do yet.
People can’t pay when they book, and there are no memberships or class passes. Bookings don’t sync with Google or Outlook calendars. If you rely on these, keep your current system and let your agent point people to it.

- What happens when a class is full?
- It stops taking bookings, and your agent offers another class with places.
- Can I approve bookings first?
- Yes. Choose for each class whether bookings are confirmed straight away or wait for you.
- Can people pay for a class online?
- Not when they book. Take payment at the studio, or sell class packs as products in your Helpawy website’s shop on Growth and Pro.
- Do I need a new website?
- No. Your agent takes bookings in the chat on the website you have. The class timetable section is part of Helpawy websites.
