What we promise
No AI training
Answers are written by Azure OpenAI Service (Microsoft). Your content, prompts and answers are not used to train Microsoft’s or OpenAI’s models.
Never sold, never for ads
We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Staff can’t read your content
Helpawy staff can’t read your conversations, form answers, leads, documents or answers. Every staff action on an account needs a reason and is recorded.
Your leads are yours
Your customers’ details are used only to show them to you, and kept until you delete them.
No third-party scripts
Our public pages load no third-party scripts or fonts, and set no advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
Answers only from your sources
Your agents answer from your own website, documents and answers. Visitors aren’t shown which page an answer came from.
How data is handled
In transit
All traffic to Helpawy is encrypted with HTTPS.
Passwords
Stored only as salted hashes. You can also sign in with Google.
Payments
Handled by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers.
Where it’s processed
Helpawy runs on Microsoft Azure. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Deleting your data
Delete conversations, sources, agents or your whole account whenever you like.
Your team
Invite teammates as Members. Only the Owner manages billing, the team and deleting the account.
